Introduction to Seed Saving

For these introductions to seed saving, we will go over over the methods used to identify ripe seeds, harvest them from the garden, clean them to a reasonable standard, label, and bag them. We will also do a tour of all the plants in the garden we intend to save seeds from. The goal for this is to show volunteers the process so they can come on their own schedules and work independently as suits them.
